Christelle Fallstrom is a California Native that grew up bouncing from the Central Coast to Southern California and has landed in beautiful Santa Cruz. An opportunity to purchase a home in the coveted Jewel box of Capitola in 2008 brought her and her husband here. The Jewel box was her home for 10 years, then in 2018 they moved to the sunny Banana Belt neighborhood to better fit their growing family. In her 16+ years in Santa Cruz she’s grown to love the community and appreciate all that Santa Cruz County has to offer! The capability to spend a morning hiking in the redwoods then an afternoon at the beach is unparalleled.
She graduated from SJSU with a degree in Child and Adolescent Development then furthering her education by receiving her AMI Montessori degree in 2012. She has worked in our community guiding children’s learning experience while helping to cultivate a love of learning. She gave them the keys to our world and watched them gravitate towards what brought them joy. Working with the families to provide the best care for their dearest little ones was something she took very seriously. The skills she cultivated such as listening, patience, attention to detail, communication and collaboration will be applied to assisting you in selling or buying your next home. She is dedicated to guiding you through the process in a way that you feel heard and supported fully.
What inspired her to become an agent and shift her career goals was the experience she had selling and buying her family's next home. During the process of selling and finding their home
they had the unwavering support of their real estate agent who they trusted with their greatest investment. Having a trusted agent made the process more enjoyable, smooth, and successful! This is what Christelle is dedicated to provide her clients with. She enjoyed the process of looking at homes and appreciated each of their unique attributes and what the home had to offer. Through the process, it broadened her knowledge of the communities within Santa Cruz and what each one has to offer. With this knowledge she will hone in on what qualities in a home you would want or need along with which community would best fit your lifestyle.
Outside of work she enjoys the outdoors, painting and baking! She frequently hikes through the trails in De Laveaga with her two puppies. She spends any time she can walking along our beaches or swimming in the ocean. Her kiddos can’t get enough of the boardwalk where they ride the Giant Dipper any chance they get. Her love of painting has manifested in hand painted gifts for friends and family, along with a mural in her daughter's bedroom. Baking treats and delivering them to their neighbors is one of her kiddos favorite things to do. Ask her about any activity you are interested in and she’ll have recommendations on where you can find it!
